Lowe's just cannot get my customer information straight.
Every time I talk to them they have a different phone number under my name. I think I finally figured out why:
Can you see the name on the card? Thats right, John Sample.
When you are in the store there are giant signs trying to get you to get a Lowe's credit card with my name all over them.
My guess is the corporate DB guys have a couple of “John Sample” test accounts and occasionally my delivery info gets jacked when they're testing something.
I'm going to try and get one of the big 6' x 5' signs from them. I mean, its the least they can do right? Its not like I'm getting royalties or anything...
