Signing a 2 year service agreement = $0
Receiving a $470 bill for 3 days of cell phone service = priceless
It's straightened out now, but I almost had a heart attack when I opened the bill.
At least their customer service reps are more on the ball than their billing system.
I guess its not enough that I:
a. Called them and warned them I would be cancelling my account.
b. Called them while transferring back to Sprint to see if my account would be automatically cancelled.
c. Called them after the transfer to confirm the account was cancelled.
