Beta .03

Small update to (hopefully) fix some of the issues with BCP.

Ed dropped me a line and informed me that sometimes the newer BCP versions GPF when run with the -e switch.

I removed the logging, so this may fix some of the issues I've heard about but I'm not sure since I can't reproduce a BCP crash.
